Our Policies
AccommodationCheck in time is between 3pm and 9pm. Should you require to check in earlier at Plas Rhos House please advise in advance and we will do our utmost to accommodate your requirements.
Checkout time is 11am. Should you require a late checkout please ask about the charge subject to accommodation availability.
Reservations
A deposit of the first night’s accommodation is requested. Booking deposits must be paid for using an acceptable and valid Credit or Debit card. For online bookings, a deposit of the total value of the first night’s rooms booked will be charged to the card number supplied to us via our secure online booking system, at the time of booking.
No charge will be made for rooms cancelled more than 48 hours prior to arrival, if less than 48 hours the first night's accommodation tariff may be charged.
We regret that there can be no allowances or reductions for curtailment of your holiday.
We would recommend that Guests purchase suitable Holiday/Cancellation Insurance to cover for this eventuality.
Children
There are no 'Family Rooms' available at Plas Rhos. Regrettably our facilities are unsuitable for children under 12 years old.
Smoking
Plas Rhos House is a non-smoking building.
Animals
Pets are not allowed at Plas Rhos House. We can provide information on Boarding of animals in the local area upon request. Guide Dogs are allowed
